Out for lunch at a Los Angeles cafe Monday, Lindsay Lohan and her younger sister, Alianna, gave passersby quite the eyeful when they left Joan's on Third in very revealing ensembles.

Hiding behind a floppy tan hat, Lindsay, 25, showed off her pin-thin frame wearing a ruffled blouse that entirely covered what appeared to be denim cutoffs.

The troubled actress' 18-year-old model sis also gave the illusion that she wasn't wearing anything underneath her white blouse. In later shots, the teen revealed that she indeed covered up her bottom half -- with barely-there beige shorts.

As the Lohan sisters' styles turn heads, the pair both agree that there is one woman in their life who desperately needs a makeover: Their mom, Dina!

"My girls are always telling me to cut my hair," Dina, 49, told Us Weekly in February. "You know, you think you're fashion forward, and then you have children who are way more, but you make your own look [work]. But it's hard when you're girls are like, 'Mom, you're looking scary.'"

For her part, Lindsay -- who appeared nude on the January 2012 cover of Playboy -- says she's content with her oft-criticized frame.

"Sex and sexuality are a part of nature, and I go along with nature," Lindsay explained of her Playboy pics, which were an homage Marilyn Monroe. "Knowing yourself and your body is so important because it gives you confidence, and in life, women need confidence."[usmagazine.com]

The talented but troubled Lindsay Lohan will appear in the altogether in an upcoming issue of Playboy. Earlier this week, the cover of the issue was leaked. The photo showed Lohan in a provocative pose, with certain areas obscured by the magazine's bunny logo.

Now, more images as well as some quotes from Lohan that appear along with her pictorial have also leaked onto the Web. When asked why she posed for Playboy, Lohan cited Marilyn Monroe. "Sex and sexuality are a part of nature and I go along with nature. I think Marilyn Monroe said that, and I agree with her." Lohan attempts to channel the "Some Like it Hot" star in her photo shoot.

Lohan, who was reportedly paid $1 million for the photos, also remarked, "Knowing your body and being in touch with your body is important because it gives you confidence, and in life, women need confidence."

"It's a very male-dominated world," Lohan said. "So knowing yourself and being comfortable with your body is an important thing for me as a woman. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but that's mine."

In an online poll at Us Weekly, 84 percent of readers believe that 17-year-old Ali Lohan -- who looked awfully different in pics taken Tuesday -- underwent plastic surgery. (As of Friday afternoon, over 8,000 votes were cast in the survey.)

But her mom, Dina Lohan, insists otherwise -- telling Us Weekly any plastic surgery rumors are "absolutely not true!"

And Ali's publicist is also adament.

"Aliana has never had any type of plastic surgery in her life, nor has she ever considered it," rep Steve Honig tells Us Weekly. "Her success as a model lies with her natural looks and she has no interest in changing that."

(Lindsay Lohan's little sister signed a multi-year contract with NEXT Model Management last month.)

So why does Ali's face look so different?

"During the past two years, she has gone through a normal teenage growth spurt that has made her taller and slimmer. It has also slightly changed the composure of her face, all of which is typical of what happens to kids in their mid to late teens," Honig explains.

Lindsay Lohan ordered to enroll in psychological counseling program

A Los Angeles judge ruled on Thursday that troubled Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan has made some progress fulfilling the terms of her probation, but she had still to enroll in a one-on-one psychological counseling program within three weeks.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that, the "Mean Girls" star has completed just 33 of the 480 community service hours, but she wanted to see proof within 21 days that the starlet has enrolled in a counseling session.

Sautner also reminded Lohan that she has one year to complete all the terms of her probation, which stems from a misdemeanor theft case involving a necklace valued at 2,500 dollars that the actress took from a Venice jewelry store early this year.

Lohan's attorney Shawn Holley assured the judge that Lohan would complete the counseling requirement at a progress-report hearing. She said the actress was making efforts to complete the psychological counseling. The starlet had been enrolled in one-on-one counseling sessions with a psychologist at UCLA, but had to end that program due to "financial issues" that apparently involved her insurance coverage through the Screen Actors Guild, she said.

Lohan, 25, was sentenced on April 22 to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service for violating her probation in the misdemeanor DUI case.

She pleaded no contest May 11 through her attorney to stealing the necklace. On May 26, Lohan was booked at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood and immediately released to serve her jail sentence through home detention. She served about one month of home detention which ended June 29.[philstar.com]

Cash-strapped Lohan hit with $1 million lawsuit

Lindsay Lohan on Thursday added financial woes to four years of legal problems when she was slapped with a $1 million assault lawsuit and a court heard she was having problems paying for private counseling.

Lohan, 25, whose Hollywood career has been derailed since 2007 by drug and alcohol problems and repeated trips to jail, was ordered to undergo psychological counseling earlier this year as part of her sentence for stealing a gold necklace in January.

But her lawyer told a court hearing on Thursday that the "Mean Girls" actress had not yet enrolled in therapy because finding low-cost, individual treatment was proving a challenge.

"I find it hard to believe that she can't afford counseling," responded Melanie Chavira, the prosecutor at the Los Angeles City Attorney's office who is overseeing Lohan's case.

Judge Stephanie Sautner replied that she did not wish to speculate on Lohan's finances, but added:

"She needs to get into counseling. I am going to give her 21 days (to enroll).

"I don't know whether she is working or what she is doing to get an income...If she doesn't have the means, maybe she knows someone who can help out."

Lohan's lawyer Shawn Holley said Lohan indicated that finding financial aid would not be necessary.

Thursday's hearing came the same day that a former employee of a California rehab center filed a $1 million lawsuit against Lohan.

Dawn Bradley claimed in the civil lawsuit that Lohan yelled at her, threw a phone, grabbed her wrist and twisted it when asked to submit to a breathalyzer test in December at the Betty Ford Center near Palm Springs.

Bradley claimed she suffered "significant injury" to her wrist as well as "post-traumatic stress syndrome requiring several therapy sessions." Bradley is seeking damages of $1 million as well as medical expenses.

Prosecutors in Riverside County decided earlier this year not to file criminal charges against Lohan over Bradley's allegations, citing insufficient evidence.

Lohan has been to rehab and jail multiple times since a 2007 drunk driving and cocaine possession case. She also served 35 days house arrest in Los Angeles earlier this summer for stealing the gold necklace from a jewelry store.

The child star of "The Parent Trap" and later "Freaky Friday", "Herbie Fully Loaded" and "Bobby", has not made a feature film since the 2010 low-budget action thriller "Machete".

However, she is due to start work in the fall on a major movie about New York crime boss John Gotti with co-stars John Travolta and Al Pacino.[omg.yahoo.com]
