Tori Spelling's jewelry collection has grown considerably in the past month, and it's all because of her loving husband.

In early May, Dean McDermott, 45, presented his pregnant wife with a gold ring, set with six cabochon corals representing their six years of marriage; the actor and father-of-four collaborated with celebrity jeweler Neil Lane on the design.

McDermott worked with Lane once again to create the perfect birthday gift for his wife, who turned 39 Wednesday: a cabochon cut crystaphase gold and silver ring. "Dean just loves giving her rings," Lane tells Us Weekly exclusively. "He always calls her his lucky charm."

Lane, who has also created baubles for Britney Spears, Emily Blunt and Jessica Simpson, designed McDermott and Spelling's original wedding bands.

Though she's nearing 40, Spelling isn't worried about getting older. "Not a day that goes by that I don't think of myself as 28. I think my internal clock stopped there. But the realist in me says, 'Hey, I've earned those 39 years. Own 'em!' And, it's true!" she blogged Wednesday. "I couldn't be happier with the woman, wife, and mom I've become."

Expecting her fourth child, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum and mom to Liam, 5, Stella, 3, and Hattie, 7 months, added: "I feel truly blessed with the life and love I've created. So, for my birthday I'd like to give myself a pat on the back, a big hug, and a high five all in one!"[usmagazine.com]

Tori Spelling already has two daughters and a son, and when she welcomes baby No. 4, she's hoping she'll have another boy, in order to even the playing field at home with husband Dean McDermott.

Confirming her surprise pregnancy March 23 -- just five months after welcoming baby Hattie -- Spelling tells Rachael Ray she's not the only one who'd appreciate more male energy at home.

"We would like a little boy, and Stella…she's now a middle child and when we told her about the pregnancy she said 'I hope it's a little boy for Liam,'" Spelling, 38, recalls to Ray in an interview airing Wednesday.

Liam, 5, and Stella, 3, were "over-the-moon and super excited" when the actress and her husband of six years announced they were expecting Hattie, but with their new sibling, due this September, "it was as if we had said, 'Oh we got milk today," Spelling recently said. "We brought home milk today and put it in the fridge and you can go help yourself to a glass.'"

McDermott, 45, on the other hand, couldn't be more proud of his latest accomplishment.

"Well, my husband got really lucky that night and then I got lucky. He's feeling real proud of himself," Spelling admits to Ray. "He's like a fluffed up chicken. Women walk by and he's like, 'Don't walk too close to me -- I've got the batter.'"[usmagazine.com]

Although Tori Spelling looks as if she's ready to pop her third child out any day now, she was spotted on Monday shopping for lingerie at Agent Provocateur in Los Angeles. (Hey, just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you can't still be sexy!)

The 38-year-old actress was apparently hunting for something special to wear during her maternity photo shoot. "Where to get boho/vintagy looking lingerie in LA?" Tori asked via Twitter. "We are doing our belly shots and I wanted to style the shoot that way."

Tori -- who is due in October -- brought her kids Liam, 4, and Stella, 3, along for the fun. Like most children, we're sure they were thoroughly bored while mom perused through the racks.

Liam and Stella (along with their dad,Dean McDermott) recently got to play dress up in a Halloween-themed photo shoot for Parenting's October issue. "I'm scared of screwing up my kids," Tori admits in the magazine. "I thought that once we were out of the baby stage, parenting would be a breeze. You just feel at every turn like, 'Whoa, am I making the right decisions, setting the right boundaries?'"

She also reveals that she wasn't comfortable with herself until she turned 30. "I spent so much time and energy wondering if I wasn't worthy, and trying to find people to validate me, instead of validating myself," she shares.
