Tips How To Cope Leaking Milk

This few tips how to cope leaking milk for mother

1. Choose your bra carefully. Selecting a properly fitted support bra will decrease the amount of spontaneous discharge by stabilizing your breasts.

2. Where loose fitting tops.

3. Wear a neutral colored blouse. White blouses will actually show liquid stains more than most neutral earth tone blouse.

4. Select synthetic materials. Cotton, wool, and other natural fibers wick the liquid into the material allowing it to spread.

5. Use a breast pump to eliminate excess milk production if your breasts produce more milk than your baby consumes. Bottle feeding an infant will reduce the duration of your milk production, but many prefer the benefits of mother's breast milk.

6. Avoid public appearances in brightly lit areas. Pick times for shopping or outings when less people will be out and about.

7. For excessive leakage where conditions force you to be in public, consider using an absorbent material underneath your bra to help capture the leakage like nursing pads.

8. Keep in mind that although it may be an embarrassing situation, leakage is a natural occurrence, and shouldn't cause unwarranted anxiety.

Skinnier Miley Cyrus in Mini Dress

This gluten-free girl is withering away.
She Looks Skinnier Than Ever in Mini Dress

While leaving the Delano Hotel in Miami Beach on Wednesday, Miley Cyrus tried to beat the South Florida heat by sporting a teeny gray mini dress with a low-cut scoop neck and super-short hem. The flimsy, body-hugging fabric put her shrinking figure on full display.

In April, the former Disney starlet was slammed when she explained to her 5.7 million Twitter followers that her weight-loss wasn't from battling an eating disorder but because of her gluten-free diet that excludes foods containing the protein found in wheat.

"For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy," the 19-year-old actress tweeted. "It's not about weight -- it's about health. Gluten is crap anyway!"

She then added, "Everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing. You won't go back!"

Karen Ansel, a registered dietitian and spokeswoman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, said that those listening to Cyrus' proclamation should proceed with caution.

"There's absolutely no evidence that a gluten-free diet promotes weight loss," Ansel explained. "However, there is data that indicates that following a gluten-free diet can result in a diet that's low in key nutrients -- especially iron, zinc and B vitamins such as folate and niacin."[usmagazine.com]

Anne Hathaway Goes on Extreme Diet to Prep for Les Miserables Role

Anne Hathaway Goes on Extreme Diet to Prep for Les Miserables Role
She is on a depravation diet.

Reportedly ordered to drop 16 lbs. in three weeks for her role as Fantine in the upcoming film adaptation of the musical Les Miserables, the 5-foot-8 actress, 29, is subsisting on a meager 500 calories per day (versus the recommended 2,000), according to the U.K. Daily Mirror.

While Hathaway, who portrays a prostitute stricken with a terminal case of tuberculosis, is losing weight for the role, her publicist explains that the specifics aren't quite accurate. "The numbers are exaggerated in both pounds and calories," her rep argues.

In addition to her strict diet, Hathaway had to endure grueling workout sessions stateside before jetting off to London where she's currently filming the flick.

"Anne was exercising two hours a day, five days a week!" a source close to the star explains.

Les Mis isn't the first role that's forced Hathaway to whittle her middle. For her role as Catwoman in this summer's The Dark Knight Rises, the actress has said she lived on "kale and dust."[usmagazine.com]

Kate Winslet : Leonardo DiCaprio Is ‘Fatter’ Since ‘Titanic’

Kate Winslet: Leonardo DiCaprio Is ‘Fatter’ Since ‘Titanic’
Kate Winslet has done it again. Just days after she revealed that hearing the theme from "Titanic" — Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" — makes her want to "throw up," the actress has made another verbal blunder. In an interview with iTV's "Daybreak" to promote "Titanic 3-D,"

she was asked how she and co-star Leonardo DiCaprio have changed since the original film's 1997 release and she was quite frank in her answer. "We do look very different, we're older," Winslet explained. "Leo's 37, I'm 36 — we were 21 and 22 when we made that film. You know, he's fatter now — I'm thinner."

The Oscar-winning actress famously struggled with her weight for years post-Titanic as one of the few healthy-framed stars in skinny-minded Hollywood. The teasing goes as far back as her childhood, Winslet and DiCaprio in Titanic 15 years ago. (Everett Collection)

when she says other kids would call her "blubber." "When I was Winslet and DiCaprio in Titanic 15 years ago. (Everett Collection)heavy, people would say to me — and
it was such a backhanded comment — they would say, 'You've got such a beautiful face,' in the way of, like, 'Oh, isn't it a shame that from the neck down you're questionable,'" Winslet told Glamour in March. Now, she says she maintains her weight with workout DVDs, running, and Pilates.

Seeing herself from the "Titanic" era on the big screen again was not a pleasant experience for Winslet, who played Rose to DiCaprio's Jack. After watching just 17 minutes of the 3-D version, "I was literally like, 'Oh my God, make it stop! Is that me? Oh my God, that's me. Block my ears, somebody!" she also told iTV. "'Somebody club out my senses. Make it f---king stop!'"[omg.yahoo.com]

Lauren Conrad Poses Topless, Talks About Cellulite

Lauren Conrad Poses Topless, Talks About Cellulite
No one has ever seen this side of Lauren Conrad!

The former reality star turned fashion designer poses topless of the May issue of Glamour, revealing her seriously svelte body in white bikini bottoms. Ironically, Conrad, 26, admits she's normally shy about showing off her body.

"On the vacation to Cabo, I wore a bathing suit on the beach for the first time in years. Usually I'm just petrified," she says. "A couple of years ago someone zoomed in on my cellulite and it was so mean. I took it really personally. I haven't worn a bathing suit in L.A. in years because of that."

Though the California native isn't planning a return to reality TV, she does spill some secrets about her time on The Hills and Laguna Beach.

"During shooting, the producers would send us quick text messages telling us what to talk about. They couldn't walk through the shot, so they'd just text me, like, 'Say something quick about this story line.' That's why we were always checking our phones!"

Conrad tells Glamour that she doesn't keep in touch with many of her former costars. "The show is what brought a lot of us together, and when it was gone, we didn't have anything in common anymore."

Despite her fame, the bestselling author promises she's still the same girl she was before MTV made her a star.

"The best way to stay grounded is to surround myself with friends and family who knew me way back when," Conrad says. "There's nothing like cleaning my mom's dishes or taking out the trash to remind me that I'm no different than anyone else."[usmagazine.com]

Lustrous locks: Kate and the secrets of a glossy Chelsea blow-dry

The big question all Kate-watchers are asking is: what has the Duchess of Cambridge done to her hair — and, more importantly, how can we get the look ourselves?

This week, visiting a London homeless shelter with Prince William, she wore a daringly figure-hugging Ralph Lauren sweater dress — but all eyes were on her luxuriant chestnut locks, cascading into big, shiny, bouncy curls worthy of a L’Oreal advert.

The polished style Kate favours, with its loose, subtle movement, even has its own nickname. It’s become known as the Chelsea Blow Dry because it’s the brainchild of Chelsea-based hairdresser Richard Ward, and is favoured by other glossy celebrities such as Elle Macpherson and Kelly Brook.

But Kate’s well-tended locks have been transformed over the years from the pleasant mousey tresses she sported at university to a lustrous mane that is the envy of women the world over. So how has she done it?

The Richard Ward team has tended the locks of not only Kate but the entire Middleton family, including Pippa and Carole, for years. Here, he tells us how you can recreate the look yourself.

The Cut

The bad news is that unless you have shoulder-blade length hair to begin with, copying the Duchess will take patience.

Richard advises that it is likely to take someone with shoulder-length hair at least five or six months to grow theirs to Kate’s length — shorter layers should also be grown out because the hair needs to be at one length in order to cut in those expensive-looking layers.

‘Long layers are the key to this look,’ he says. ‘They give free-flowing hair lots of movement — if the layers are too short you don’t get that kind of fluidity throughout the cut. Aim for a side-swept, chin-length fringe and then ask your hairdresser to gently graduate longer layers down from there.’

Once you’ve achieved the ‘Kate’, it doesn’t need to be re-cut as often as other styles. ‘It’s proving popular with so many people because you don’t have to cut every six weeks as usual, you can actually get 12 weeks out of this cut,’ says Richard.

‘Ideally you might want a trim every eight weeks — but a word of warning, anything longer than 12 weeks and it will have grown out so much that your hairdresser will have to re-style your hair each time, too.’

The Colour

Gentlemen prefer blondes? Not now it seems, as Kate’s glossy chestnut glow is the shade everyone wants to emulate.

In order to recreate a similar colour to Kate’s natural tone, Richard suggests an organic vegetable colour to give gloss and shine which will gradually fade over time. ‘At the salon we use L’Oreal Symbio and Fuente Organic colour.

These salon professional colours are ultra conditioning and give richness and intensity. The colour ebbs away naturally and you only need to have it re-done every few months,’ he says.

Richard suggests opting for a dark brunette shade with mahogany tones to emulate Kate’s shade. For fuller depth, Richard advises combining a colour gloss treatment with lowlights.

‘Ask your stylist for three different shades of lowlights, one lighter than your natural base colour, one about the same and one slightly darker to create a multi-tonal affect in the same hues. Dying just a few strands of hair in each shade, as opposed to large sections, achieves a more natural look.’

While at 29, the Duchess has youth on her side, Richard says that her signature shade is just as flattering on a more mature woman too, as the combination of semi-permanent colour and lowlights is clever way to hide the impending grey.

Treatments

How does she get that healthy frizz-free sheen? Keratin treatments have long been the secret of well-groomed women who spend serious money on their image. Although the Duchess has never confirmed she’s had one, this intensive treatment totally transforms unruly or frizzy hair.

The procedure has a few different brand names including the ‘permanent blow dry’, but all work on the same principle of restoring sleekness by infusing it with keratin — a natural protein found in the hair.

‘The attraction of Kate’s style is how healthy her hair looks,’ says Richard. ‘It’s also beautifully blow-dried and to recreate this at home would take lots of time. Many people whose hair takes a long time to dry would find a keratin treatment good because it can halve the time it takes to dry and increases the hair’s shine and smoothness.’

A salon-based keratin treatment costs upwards of £150 and takes about two-and-a-half hours depending on the length and thickness of your hair.

It begins with a wash using a special shampoo to open up the hair follicles. The hair is then rough-dried by a stylist and when completely dry, a keratin mixture is applied to the entire head with a small brush and combed through to ensure complete coverage.

About 30 minutes later, the stylist will begin blow-drying the mixture to make it bond with your hair.

When the hair is dried into your usual style with the hairdryer, it is divided into sections and a pair of ultra-hot miniature straighteners are used to seal the product into the hair shaft.

Hair must then be left for three days. It cannot be tied back, got wet or tucked behind your ears as this can ‘kink’ it. After washing at home, three days later, unmanageable hair is transformed into glossy tameable locks with no frizz. The treatment lasts for four months before it washes out.

‘Treatment masks are a good option to keep hair healthy, too,’ says Richard, who advises using an intensive conditioning product every other week.

‘Try a silk protein or overnight mask treatment — damaged hair, split ends or dry-looking hair won’t work for this look.’

Richard Ward makes an overnight treatment mask called Seasons Winter Hydrate Kit (£22) which is applied to dry hair 15 minutes before you go to bed and hydrates hair while you sleep without leaving a residue on the pillow.

Maintenance

Another of Kate’s secrets is consistency — at every event she’s appeared at over the past few months her gleaming hair has looked identical. The Duchess has regular visits to the salon and a hair-care routine aimed at maintaining optimum condition.

Want to steal some of Kate’s shine? Obviously the first place to start is a good quality shampoo and conditioner.

‘I recommend that my clients use Kerastase Satin Range or my own Richard Ward Couture Hair HydraSlim range,’ says Richard. ‘It uses technology which repairs damage in hair so, if you use it regularly, you’ll have healthy shiny hair. Damaged hair is frizzy while Kate’s signature look is smooth.’

And how often should we be washing our locks? ‘Generally fine hair might need washing every day, while thicker hair like Kate’s should be washed every other day,’ says Richard.

‘This look is all about being polished and your hair will not shine and gleam on day three.’

The blow dry

Perhaps the most crucial part of Kate’s glossy look is the finishing touch — the blow dry. ‘The Chelsea Blow Dry is a free-flowing sophisticated way to wear long hair,’ says Richard.

And the good news is, while Kate makes an appointment with the professionals before a public appearance, you can recreate Kate’s mane at home. Richard guides us through the steps:

1. Make sure you leave yourself enough time, it should take about 45 minutes.

First, thoroughly cleanse and condition your hair. ‘Use the flats of your fingers not your fingertips or nails to massage in the product and encourage increased circulation to the scalp,’ says Richard.

Rinse your hair for two minutes to ensure any product residue is removed — hair will shine if rinsed really well. Lightly towel dry.

2. Now apply styling products. Use some blow dry oil or serum (a blob about the size of a five pence piece) and smooth from mid-length to the ends to give lovely sheen. Spritz a root boosting product evenly on the first two inches of hair only.

3. For the shiniest finish, hair shouldn’t be dripping, but 80 per cent wet when you start blowdrying — you’ll get the best results when you still have moisture in your hair.
‘The main mistake people make is waving a hair dryer at it to rough dry it,’ says Richard. ‘It becomes over-dried and hard to style.’

4. ‘Start blow-drying at the front if you’re doing it at home — that’s the bit others will see,’ he says.
It also means that this most visible part will be wet enough to get the best styling results. If you start at the back, by the time you reach the front, your hair may be dry and more difficult to manage.

5. Dry each section using a round brush, pointing downwards — use the nozzle of the dryer to concentrate heat on the section, but make sure you hold it at least five inches away from the hair.

Don’t wiggle the brush around too much — move the hairdryer and brush down the hair shaft at the same speed and smooth downward. Once each section is dry, roll it up in a medium sized Velcro roller (available from Boots or any salon) and pin to your head.

6. Keep the rollers in while you get dressed (ideally for half an hour) and remove just before you leave the house. Once you’ve taken the rollers out, turn your head upside down and run your fingers through your hair to separate out the curls.

Finishing Touches

To help keep your blow- dried tresses in shape, apply a tiny bit of serum to give shine and define layers, then a light mist of hairspray.

‘Whatever you do, don’t brush your hair!’ says Richard. ‘Simply toss your head the right way again and you’re good to go.’[dailymail.co.uk]

How To Go Braless Tips

Just go without a bra, right? Well, it's not quite that simple. Here are some tips on why you'd want to go braless in the first place and how to transition from your over-the-shoulder boulder-holder.
Even if you're actively working to increase your breast size, whether through surgery or the natural methods you can find in Flat to Fab, you can still use our tips for going braless with confidence!

  1. Breast Health. Circulation within the lymphatic system is an all-important part of maintaining breast health. And, you guessed it, bras compress the lymph vessels that are close to the breast's surface, preventing the flow of the lymph fluids that help to clear out toxins. In their book, Dressed To Kill: The Link Between Breast Cancer and Bras, authors Sydney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer contend that regular bra-wearing may well be responsible for the huge increase in breast cancer in modern times. So, many women choose to forgo bras for reasons of health and not just comfort. To women who feel compelled to wear a bra, consider massaging your breasts at the end of the day to increase lymph fluid circulation. (To the guys who are reading this, we're talking massage for the purposes of health and not arousal.)

  2. The Nipple Factor. Ever heard of fripples? (Hint: It's not the name of a new Starbucks drink.) The possibility of prominent visible nipples is one of the biggest deterrents to many women who might otherwise go braless. Here are a few solutions to embarrassment over visible nipples:
  • Nipple tape. Nipple tape comes in several different shapes and sizes but the primary idea is to compress the nipple to the level of the surrounding tissue, thus making it less distinctive. There are variations to the nipple tape theme, such as pasties or glue-on cups. Beware that some of these products are designed for function and others for decorative effect.
  • Remember your jacket. Do you remember the boys in high school who liked to turn on the fan and watch the results? When shopping for frozen foods, have a jacket or wrap close at hand. In a similar vein, you don't want to get caught braless in the rain.
  • Vests. Vests are wonderful accessories for going braless with ease. There you are beneath your vest--fashionable, comfortable and braless--with no one the wiser for it.
  • Don't look down. Let's face it. There will be eyes glued to your breasts, whether you're wearing a bra or not. But just because they're looking doesn't mean you have to.
  3. Size Matters. Girls who are AA on a good day can wear just about anything without support but those who are more well-endowed have a different, um, set of problems.
  • The flop factor. One issue for women with large breasts is that movement of the breasts can be painful, particularly at times of the month that breasts tend to be swollen or sensitive. Good posture can help to offset this effect.
  • The modesty question. Big mammaries tend to migrate more than the smaller ones do....out of one's shirt, into one's face when you lean over, and so on. Your choice of clothing makes a big difference in this regard. Get a sense for which articles of clothing contain (but don't restrain) your breasts. Practice at home until you feel comfortable being out in public without a bra.
  • Chafing. Large breasts can chafe the skin just beneath the breast. Sweating, rashes and even fungal infections are also possibilities. Many women find that silk and cotton camisoles worn next to the breast lessen these issues. Some women also apply antiperspirant beneath large breasts or carry a small towel to dry the area beneath their breasts on occasion, an item one friend of mine affectionately calls her "titty towel."
  • Shelf bras. Shelf bras are pretty much what they sound like--a support built into an undershirt that basically provides a shelf for your breasts to rest upon. Unfortunately shelf bras tend to make your chest look like, well, a shelf, but they do provide some support.
  4. Breast Fetishists aka "Breast Men." Most women are all too familiar with the mannerisms of this particular breed: During conversation, the man's eyes are glued to your mammaries to the point that you're tempted to start using sign language. Sociologists and anthropologists remain unsure as to why breast fetishism is as pervasive as it is (sounds like a topic for a government study). Meanwhile, get used to it.......breast men are ubiquitous. For more conversation on this topic, check out various dating blogs.

  5. Breaking In. A week on a topless beach can do wonders for your self-consciousness about going braless. But if you're not planning a trip to the Mediterranean anytime soon, try starting out in the winter when you'll be wearing layers anyway. Get used to how your breasts feel hanging loose--remember that women had been living that way for years before the invention of bras.

For some women, going braless (or "bra-free" as many women prefer to call it) is a political statement; for others, a question of comfort. If you'd like to read the experiences of other women who have, dare I say "taken the plunge," check out GoingBraless.net, where women of all ages, shapes and sizes share their bra-free experiences in a bra-centric world.[howtodothings.com]

Jennifer Hudson's Weight-Loss Secrets

Those of us in need of a little weight-loss inspiration need look no further than Jennifer Hudson. The Oscar winner and former "American Idol" finalist has lost a whopping 80 pounds over the last two years and recently shared her secrets with Self magazine.

Hudson admits in the September issue that she never thought of herself as overweight. "I remember one of my first times on a red carpet, an interviewer asked, 'How does it feel to be plus-sized in Hollywood?' I looked around, like, Who is she talking to? Oh, me? I'm plus-sized?,'" the 29-year-old recalls. "In the neighborhood I'm from in Chicago, a 16 is normal. But in Hollywood, everyone looks exactly the same, so I stood out."

It was during her pregnancy with son David, who's now 2, when Hudson suddenly became inspired to finally revamp her lifestyle to become healthy and fit. "I thought, hold on -- why doesn't anybody know I'm pregnant?," she says. "And I wanted to set a good example for my son. Right after I had him, I began trying to change things."

Just a few days after giving birth to David via cesarean section, she started walking 30 minutes a day -- which became her much-needed time to herself -- and eventually began hitting the gym, jogging, and bike riding. Though she'd gone through three different weight losses before, Hudson decided, this time, to join Weight Watchers (she's also a company spokesperson) to get her eating habits on track after years of trying deprivation diets.

"[I] learned about balance. If you're on a strict diet that says you shouldn't have any carbs or this or that, your body won't function the way it should," Hudson tells the magazine. "I know now that I can eat anything I want and still lose or maintain my weight. It's about portions and balance."

These days, even when the busy mom is pressed for time, she squeezes in exercise, doing a workout called "trilogy" which includes sets of 25 squats, 25 push-ups, and 25 ab moves with minute-long rests in between for a total of 15 minutes. With her new, slimmed-down figure and healthy attitude, Hudson has become a new kind of idol for lots of her fans, but, of course, she's endured criticism as well.

"I can't care about whether I'm too big for some or too small for others. It goes back to how you feel about yourself," she insists. "I like me the way I am. For anyone who wants to lose: Dude, if I can do it, you can do it."[omg.yahoo.com]

Health with Pilates Exercise

If you're highly informed or even if you're one of those people that just stay home, no doubt you've heard of the Pilates Exercise. The purpose of Pilates Exercises is to stretch and to strengthen your body. That is why Pilates is so popular with most contortionists and ballet dancers.

But just because people are using Pilates for physical improvement, and weight loss, it doesn't mean that a Pilates exercise is a cardiovascular exercise. Pilates is basically a low intensity exercise. Most instructors recommend Pilates with aerobics and other forms of exercise for best effects.

The Pilates Exercise was invented by Joseph Pilates, a German National, as a self exercise. Pilates was born a fragile child, sickly and asthmatic, so he took to exercise to improve his body. When he was a bit older, he was living in France, and was arrested as an "enemy alien.' During his internment, he was assigned in the medical facilities of the prison and this is where he put Pilates into use, as rehabilitation exercises for the sick.

Since then the Pilates exercises has gained its reputation for helping improve the overall physical state of the body. Pilates exercise is a series of breathing techniques combined with stretching and a simple machine. Pilates exercises designed to improve the body's core. This includes the muscles in the abdomen, back, and buttocks. Some say it is better than yoga overall because it strengthens the body through improving posture strength and flexibility through stretching. The machines used in Pilates, are there to challenge the body, by making it stay in certain positions while moving the other parts in differing directions, thereby training the body to endure strain, thus increasing strength.

The basic Ideology of the Pilates Exercise is the use of the body's mental ability to improve movement, efficiency and muscle control, which is also why they say that Pilate exercise somehow improves one's mental state. Pilates also makes you aware of proper posture. Due to the exercises that you do, it also develops the muscles in the back and abdomen, further promoting good posture.

Pilate exercise also uses breathing techniques, which further increases mental focus. And probably one of the greatest focuses of Pilates is flexibility strength of the muscles. It is this ideology that made Pilates popular among dancers in the begining.

Many Pilates enthusiasts and users have testified to the effectiveness of this program. With regular classes, the bodies become well balanced and stronger. Some say that after each workout, you can instantly feel the difference it has made to the parts of the body, mainly the legs back and abs.

Aside from increased strength, weight loss is what many people aim for when they do Pilates exercises. Other benefits of Pilates include increased energy levels, higher endurance, better flexibility, great abdominal workouts, and overall physical well being. [blogobo.com]

Daniel Radcliffe Admits to Alcohol Problem

'Harry Potter' star Daniel Radcliffe may play a high school wizard on-screen but he recently admitted that he also battled his demons after the director called cut. The 21-year-old divulged to GQ magazine (via People) that he has been sober since August 2010, but had previously suffered from a dangerous drinking problem.

"I became so reliant on [alcohol] to enjoy stuff," he said. "There were a few years there when I was just so enamored with the idea of living some sort of famous person's lifestyle that really isn't suited to me."

Radcliffe, who is currently starring in the Broadway musical, 'How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying,' explained that his battle with alcohol first came to light on the 2009 set of 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.' But no magic wand to save him here, it was only by luck that Radcliffe's addiction stayed out of the public domain.

"I really got away with that because there were so many instances when a paparazzi shot like that could have been taken," he explained regarding his visibly intoxicated bouts.

So how did the 'Potter' star turn himself around? By staying in. Radcliffe explained that it was solely by accepting the fact that he could live a "quite life" away from the glitz and glamor of showbiz, while still maintaining his role in the industry, that he was able to say enough is enough. This realization came after Radcliffe completed filming the final installment of the wizarding series, 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.'

Radcliffe even skipped his latest film's premiere so as to avoid any liquid temptation and opted to sit home watching "the Discovery Channel ... [with] a bowl of Sugar Puffs."

Radcliffe has experienced both the ups and downs of his young but vast fame and going forward has chosen sobriety rather than the tumultuous lifestyle that so many young actors cannot escape.

"I'm actually enjoying the fact that I can have a relationship with my girlfriend [Olive Uniacke] where I'm really pleasant and not fucked up totally all the time ... As much as I would love to be the person that goes to parties and has a couple of drinks and has a nice time, that doesn't work for me. I'd rather just sit at home and read, or go out to dinner with someone, or talk to someone I love, or talk to somebody that makes me laugh."

Having conquered the big screen worldwide and now the stage in New York, we have no doubt that Radcliffe's star will live on long after the final Hogwarts curtain is drawn.

Lady Gaga Is 'Sick and Obsessed with her Weight'

Forget the 'Edge of Glory,' according to a report from Star magazine (via Radar Online), Lady Gaga is on a dangerous edge when it comes to her health. From her eating habits to her extreme self-scrutinizing, apparently it is just a matter of time before Gaga's unhealthy lifestyle catches up with her.

"Those who have worked with her on tour reported to me that Gaga barely ate for weeks at a time to fit into her costume," investigative journalist, Ian Halperin told Star. "She is sick and obsessed with her weight. One friend told me, Gaga will stare at herself in the mirror for hours on end, analyzing and critiquing her body. It's an unhealthy obsession."

But fitting into her outrageous and often barely there get-ups isn't the only reason Gaga is so concerned with her body -- according to Halperin, she uses her outlandish wigs and perfectly toned body to distract from the side affects of her Lupus -- a disease she has publicly admitted to battling. The disease has reportedly caused the mother monster to lose hair and break out in red blotches all over her body.

But Halperin who has been investigating Gaga for the past 12 months explains that her disease and her weight problems are not her only demons.

"Her drug use started young," he explained. "From heroin to cocaine and ecstasy, her friends say that she has done every drug conceivable. You name it she has done it. She's morphed into this caricature called Lady Gaga, who isn't even a real person. The girl known as Stefi to her friends and family has all but disappeared."

Although we imagine that it's only human to be somewhat self-scrutinizing when you're performing in front of millions, we hope that Gaga can take her own 'Born This Way' advice.
