Another scene features Lopez and a shirtless Smart wearing blindfolds with the phrase "Love Is Blind" written across the black silk.

The night before, after performing an emotional, sold-out show, the newly-single Anthony partied with about 150 pals at Club 50 (at Miami's Viceroy hotel) -- sipping champagne and beer and chowing down on a birthday cake made by Ace of Cake's Geof Manthorne.

At the bash, Anthony told Us Weekly about his fave b-day present: "Being with my family yesterday, spending time with my kids."

He added that his kids Emme and Max are "beautiful."

Marc Anthony has been busy in the wake of his split with Jennifer Lopez. Since the two announced they would be divorcing after seven years of marriage in July, the singer has planned a tour, which begins Friday in New Jersey, and, more importantly for fans of fashion, launched his own clothing line at Kohl's in Jersey City, New Jersey, on Wednesday. The couple had planned to debut his-and-hers lifestyle brands since November 2010, and apparently decided to go ahead with it even after parting ways.

Although Marc, 42, told "Extra" he never expected to create his own clothing line, respected designer Tommy Hilfiger changed his mind when he called the singer and told him he represents a certain style. Marc admits that J.Lo had something to do with it, too. "I always had Jennifer as a soundboard and vice versa," he says.

The result is the Marc Anthony Collection of dress shirts, blazers, jeans, accessories, and more. Ranging in price from $28 to $225, the singer says the looks are the "perfect combination of quality, price point, and look and feel." As Marc explains, "People don't want cheap clothes for cheap ... Good news for J-Lo fans!

Jennifer Lopez will be back as a judge for American Idol next season. The 42-year-old mom of 3-year-old twins Max and Emme -- who announced her split from Marc Anthony July 15 -- will be back at the judges' table for season 11.  Joining Lopez at the judges' table are Steven Tyler (who also debuted as a judge for season 10) and Idol vet Randy Jackson.

Idol's Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe confirmed the news during a Wednesday call to On Air With Ryan Seacrest. "I am delighted to say that all three judges, along with the brilliant host of American Idol [Seacrest] is back for the next season," Lythgoe said, adding that Lopez, Tyler and Jackson are set to hit the road soon for season-11 auditions in Denver, Houston, St. Louis, Portland, San Diego, Pittsburgh and Charleston.

The singer-actress, whose gig with the reality series began in January, told the BBC earlier this year she was "on the fence" about coming back for another season. "I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it, but I have a lot of other things happening, and it's going to come down to making a choice of really what I want to do for the next year."

So what was it that brought Lopez back to Idol? "You get to know [the contestants]," she said. "You get to know their hopes and their dreams on camera, off-camera. You're helping them off camera, you're helping them on camera and it's this crazy ride you go on together."

Jennifer Lopez did not have sex with her music video co-star, hunky model/novela actor, William Levy, but someone else did. Unfortunately, it wasn't consensual. And the girl was underage.

Shocking allegations have been made against William Levy, the buff, handsome Latin soap star known as the "Brad Pitt of Cuba," who appeared in Jennifer Lopez's I'm Into You music video. Levy has been mentioned in the press as the possible cause of J-Lo and Marc Anthony's sudden divorce--a rumor which he has denied. Now it seems, he has other problems far worse than a rumored affair with the American Idol star. He's embroiled in a scandal of his own. And it's a biggie.

Levy is being sued for sexual battery of a minor whom he allegedly "lured" to his Hilton Hotel room, where he "forced [her] to perform [sex act] on him, strangling her in the process, [and] e****lated in her mouth, on her person, through which he transmitted a sexual disease..." Goodness. If all that's true, Levy is a one man crime wave. The alleged victim who was taken to an emergency room is suing for $2.5 million.

Of course, Levy denies it. Or most of it anyway. In his version, the teen girl went to his room where she "willfully, fraudulently, and maliciously deceived [him] into believing that she was a 19-year-old consenting adult," and then "gave consent to any and all alleged acts." He also claims her physical and emotional distress were "self-inflicted"--whatever that means--and that she tried to blackmail him for $950,000. He is counter suing for "defamation and extortion."

If the accusations against William Levy are true, it's a good thing Jennifer Lopez's relationship with him never progressed beyond the purely professional level. The singer is set to get away from America and her now-estranged husband Marc Anthony for a £620,000 job as a wedding singer in the Ukraine.

‘It’s a wealthy guy who wanted J.Lo and was willing to pay top dollar,’ a source told E! News.

Her three-year-old twins, Max and Emme, won’t be heading to eastern Europe to watch her, insiders said. ‘Terms of the deal cannot be confirmed,’ a spokesperson for the 41-year-old If You Had My Love singer said.

However, a longtime J. Lo pal told me Sunday, “I know Marc’s short fuse and explosive temper has been an issue. I’ve always thought Jennifer had learned to deal with that.

“After all, it’s not like she’s not one to handle herself in big verbal battle,” added the friend. “She can let loose herself. … I’ve seen her launch some pretty strong screaming matches!”

That said, only a tiny handle of folks — in Lopez and Anthony’s very tight inner circle — were aware of the couple’s decision to end their marriage after seven years and the birth of their twins Max and Emme, now age 3. While there were hints — Lopez attending the Prince William and Duchess Katherine gala July 9 with her mom as her date and a July 4 party with only her kids — no one picked up on it.

“That’s not surprising. … Their separate careers often prevented them from attending social affairs together,” said an “American Idol” staffer who has come to know Lopez well.

† Speaking of work, I’ve been told by a reliable source close to both artists they will continue to work together on “Q’Viva! The Chosen,” the competition show seeking undiscovered talent across Latin America. As for “Idol,” while E! News and other outlets have reported that Lopez has a deal in place to return for the hit series’ 11th season, there has yet to be an official announcement that she’ll rejoin fellow judges Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler — who both have confirmed they will be back for the new season.
