Sean Kingston Had Open-Heart Surgery Following Jet Ski Crash

"It was a life or death situation," Sean Kingston reveals in an interview with MTV. The Jamaican-American singer spoke for the first time about the May 29 jet ski crash in Miami Beach, Florida that nearly killed him, and his harrowing recovery.

From his home in Miami Beach, where he has been recovering, he recounted his ordeal, "A lot of people don't know it was a deeper situation. I had open heart surgery and I had two other surgeries." The singer was being released from the hospital for the injuries he sustained in the crash when he had to be rushed back.

"They were gonna send me home, but then I had felt a pain in my left chest, and I told my mom," the 21-year-old said. "They did a lot of scans on me, [and] they said I couldn't leave."

Doctors had to operate on Kingston multiple times when they discovered that his aorta was torn and blood was filling his chest. But the star made a miraculous full recovery. "I'm 100 percent right now," he said. "What the accident basically taught me is, in life, you have to count your blessings."

Kingston, who became famous for his single "Beautiful Girls" and a collaboration with Justin Bieber "Eenie Meenie," was hospitalized in critical condition when he and a female passenger crashed their jet ski into a bridge. She was treated for minor injuries and released.[omg.yahoo.com]

Vienna Girardi's Nose Job!

It's no secret that Bachelor Pad 2's Vienna Girardi recently went under the knife -- but only Us Weekly has the exclusive before and after shots of the reality star's new nose.

"I always felt like I had this little face with, like, a Mr. Potato Head nose!" Girardi, 25, tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now). So when the Bachelor vet befriended castmate Erica Rose, 28, while filming Bachelor Pad 2, she couldn't help but admire her new pal's profile.

"Erica said, 'Oh,' I had my nose done! My dad [Houston-based plastic surgeon Franklin Rose] will do yours!' A week after, I had a plane ticket!"

For Girardi -- who squares off against ex Jake Pavelka, 33, on Bachelor Pad 2 (premiering on ABC August 8 at 8 p.m. EST) -- the cosmetic procedure was long overdue.

"It's something I've wanted since I was 9 or 10," she explains. "In school, they called me Pinocchio. After The Bachelor, bloggers called me 'horse face.' Evil names. I event went blonde because my dark hair made my nose look bigger!"

The procedure was, as she anticipated, quite painful. "After the surgery, you literally feel like you've had your skull cracked open," Girardi tells Us. While recuperating at the Roses, Girardi's boyfriend, Bachelorette alum Kasey Kahl, 27, "sat in bed with me, and we ordered Chinese food and watched The Bachelorette!"

Though Girardi has admitted to getting breast implants in the past, the ABC reality star says she "definitely" won't be getting anything else done in the near future. "I'm not saying get 20 surgeries, but if there's something you don't like about yourself, go ahead and change it!"[usmagazine.com]
