Ringing in 2012 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Keibler, 32, tells Rachael Ray that the couple's Saturday night celebration won't be too over-the-top.
"I think that we will definitely be with friends and family," the former WWE wrestler tells Ray of her plans with Clooney, 50. "We may have a party."
Though Keibler and her man are sticking close to their Cabo pad -- along with Cindy Crawford, Alex Rodriguez and their significant others -- they still plan to pull out all the stops to ring in the New Year. "There will definitely be some dancing and drinking going on," she explains.
Friendly for years, Clooney and Keibler became romantic in early August, about a month after he and Italian model/actress Elisabetta Canalis announced the end of their two year romance.
What started out as a fling between the actor and Dancing With the Stars contestant quickly turned into something bigger.
Says a pal close to the couple: "It's exclusive...they're still hot and heavy."[usmagazine.com]
