During her jaunt in the City of Lights, the 30-year-old star was spotted leaving the boutique of Elie Saab -- the amazing designer responsible for not only several A-listers' red carpet wardrobe hits, but bridal gowns too.

Looks like Biel is taking no chances with her wedding dress when she ties the knot with her fiance Justin Timberlake -- unlike the chance that he himself took when designing her six-carat engagement ring.

"Jessica's stylist really wanted Justin to come to her when picking out and designing the ring," a source reveals to Us Weekly. "She obviously knows what looks best on Jessica, and what type of things she likes to wear. They talked about it [in advance] and then Justin completely went rogue without telling Jessica's stylist, and decided to design the ring on his own."

The couple doesn't yet know their child's gender, but Minnillo has already found a fun way to share the news with family and friends. "My sister-in-law found this great idea on Pinterest to put the colored cupcake cream in the middle. If it's a boy, you put blue, and if it's a girl, you put pink cream in the middle of the cupcake."

If they have a girl, Minnillo and Lachey have already settled on a name. Agreeing on a boy name, however, is more of a challenge. "We've been yelling them around the house to see how they sound and we call them to come to us," Minnillo said.

Minnillo told Us that while she hasn't had any cravings yet, she's "just trying to eat constantly and be aware of what I'm putting in my body and to maintain my caloric intake. . .The only gift I can give my baby right now is what I put in my mouth and how I am health-conscious about trying to stay active."

2. Always stay hydrated.

Even a vegetable smoothie will help get you the fiber that you need to help maintain regularity while staying hydrated. And while you’re pregnant, keep off carbonated drinks and caffeine.

3. Sit down. 
 All that running around will cause you to eat anything in sight. When your body tells you that it’s exhausted, sit down and your cravings will totally halt as well. Try it!

4. Try to wear pregnancy-appropriate clothing.
Pregnancy-appropriate mean that you wear the correct-sized clothes during stages of your pregnancy e.g. first trimester and so on. Wearing too loose clothing will make you eat more than what you need. So when going through racks of maternity clothes, choose those that can be adjusted to fit you while also factoring in what looks great and fashionable on you!

5. Choose baby safe and nutritious snack foods.
Consult your doctor about which snack foods are allowed for the duration of your pregnancy. If you have food allergies particularly over nuts, you need to get yourself tested to prevent adverse reaction. 4. Repeat this step until you have the desired number of petals. Five petals seem to be the general rule. Any more, then the nail becomes crowded. Larger nails might require one more petal and smaller nails might need one petal less.

5. Take the second color of nail polish and use it to fill in the middle of the petals. Make a circle and touch all the petals of your flower. If you like you can also use this color to add highlights to your petals. This will accent them and really make the flower “POP” on your nails.

6. Let the flowers dry completely. Once they are dry, apply a clear top coat over the flower nail art. Applying a clear top coat to the flower nail art will allow it to shine and last longer. Top coat can prevent the flower nail art from chipping and fading.

To create another flower nail art look, apply a French manicure to your nails. Allow the polish to dry completely. If you prefer, you can use a clear base coat instead of a French manicure. Using a toothpick, dip into the color you have picked for the center of your flower. Dot it to your nail.

Take another toothpick and dip it into the color you are using for your petals. Dot this color around the center. This will be your petals. To complete the flower and this step is optional, take a clean toothpick, dip it into green nail polish and draw a line down from your flower, and a few leaves. Afterwards, West led his new girlfriend to the adjacent Manderley Bar, where they watched a live band, Stella St. Clair, play 40s tunes. "They seemed to be really enjoying each other's company," says the eyewitness.

On Thursday, the pair's NYC adventures continued -- and they were spotted lunching together at Serafina's on the Upper East Side.

In town for a Friday guest-hosting gig on TODAY, Kardashian is "hanging out with Kanye a lot" during her stay, an insider explained. She and West "been friends for years," the source adds.
