Things are getting hot and heavy between Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart -- and on Thursday night, millions of viewers will see their love on display when "Dance Again" premieres during American Idol.

According to a music video set source, the singer, 42, and her dancer beau, 24, filmed an "orgy scene" similar to the image being used for the single's album artwork. "There's a hot and steamy, sexy scene in the video where J. Lo, Casper and the dancers are on the floor pawing at each other," the source tells Us Weekly. "They're very scantily clad."
Another scene features Lopez and a shirtless Smart wearing blindfolds with the phrase "Love Is Blind" written across the black silk.
Ironically, Lopez has been fairly tight-lipped about her romance with Smart, who is 18 years her junior. "He's adorable. But you already see that," she recently told Vogue. "He really is [sweet]. He's a good egg. I don't want to talk about it too much. It's my private thing."
Lopez's "Dance Again" music video will premiere during American Idol Thursday on FOX.[usmagazine.com]
