Though she's endured constant weight scrutiny since being crowned the first American Idol in 2002, the 30-year-old two-time Grammy winner recently unveiled her healthiest figure yet. Thanks to a five-days-a-week training schedule and a portion-control diet, the 5-foot-4 singer has shed a remarkable 30 pounds in the last six months.

"She feels better about herself than she ever has," a source tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now), who adds that the Duets star is now just 10 pounds away from her ultimate goal weight.

According to an insider, Clarkson decided to slim down for good after watching a recording of her December performance on VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul. "She saw how heavy she was and she didn't like it. That's when she decided to really get into shape."

 The "Dark Side" singer's svelte shape has only made beau Brandon Blackstock, 35, love her more. "Brandon is the first guy who ever tell her how beautiful and sexy she is," a source says of the Nashville-based talent manager. "She wants to look good for him."[usmagazine.com]

The trio — joined by the "American Idol" judge's 17-years-younger boyfriend, Casper Smart (and a bodyguard) — were all smiles as the little ones made their way to the giant white rabbit for their Easter portrait.

Although Max and Emme didn't seem scared, Lopez, dressed down in a pair of white sweats and sunglasses, joined her kids for the sweet picture. According to E! News, Lopez, 42, had the Easter Bunny House attraction shut down so her twins could have their moment without any other non-famous children in the way.

A few hours later, after taping "Idol" (and premiering her sexy new video, "Dance Again," starring her main squeeze), Lopez and Smart returned to the same outdoor mall — but this time, it was an adults-only party.

The lovebirds mingled with the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tommy Hilfiger, and boy band The Wanted at the Planet Dailies/Mixology 101 party. According to a music video set source, the singer, 42, and her dancer beau, 24, filmed an "orgy scene" similar to the image being used for the single's album artwork. "There's a hot and steamy, sexy scene in the video where J. Lo, Casper and the dancers are on the floor pawing at each other," the source tells Us Weekly. "They're very scantily clad."

Another scene features Lopez and a shirtless Smart wearing blindfolds with the phrase "Love Is Blind" written across the black silk.

Ironically, Lopez has been fairly tight-lipped about her romance with Smart, who is 18 years her junior. "He's adorable. But you already see that," she recently told Vogue. "He really is [sweet]. He's a good egg. I don't want to talk about it too much. It's my private thing."
